Here is my process:

1. Initial Consultation and Quote

• Scope of project defined
• Timelines established
• Project expectations discussed

2. Client Approves the Project Scope and Quote

• 20% of the quote paid at this time
• Any additional follow up questions given to the Client

3. Presentation of Round One Designs

• Concept proofs presented to Client (either in person or by phone)
• Explanation of each concept given

4. Client Review of Round One

• Feedback given on proofs
• Revisions discussed

5. Presentation of Round Two Designs

• Revised concepts presented to Client (either in person or by phone)

6. Client Review of Round Two

• Feedback given on proofs
• Revisions discussed

7. Presentation of Round Three Designs

• Revised concept proofs presented to Client
• Negotiation of further rounds of revisions (if necessary)

8. Client Approves Final Design

• Client signs off on the final project
• Delivery of final artwork scheduled

9. Final Artwork Delivered

• Artwork saved in appropriate file extensions
• Artwork delivered on CD (if necessary/applicable)
• Artwork given by Designer to appropriate Printer (if applicable)

10. Project Invoiced

• Client receives an invoice for the remainder payment
• Payment due within 30 days of invoice date

11. Project Back-up

• Designer backs up all project files securely to hard disc and external hard drive
