Heavenly Sound

After creating these covers for Global Journey, they asked me to design the artwork for an album that they were compiling. Using pictures from the mission trips, they wanted something that gave faces to the voices; something with which the listener would connect, and something that would reflect the pure, unprocessed sound of the music. The album features worship music recorded on that year’s mission trips from around the world- Haiti, The Philippine Islands, Mozambique, Kenya, and Nicaragua, all worshiping in their native languages. The album exists to depict international worship in it’s most basic form- many of the tracks were recorded outdoors, and the colors and organic feel to the album is a reflection of that desire.
