J café Canvas

For the canvas artwork above the J café, the client wanted something rich in color that would fit the empty space above the café alcove- something contemporary and rich in color; a polyptych piece with a lot of movement. When I sketched this idea I thought about the steam rising from a cup of hot coffee and the oblong, oval shape of the coffee bean itself. I drew the files and developed the color scheme in Adobe Illustrator and then transferred them to Photoshop to add the textures.
